 From 17 to 19 January 2006 the Certification Association "Russian register" conducted the inspection of quality management system of Russian maritime security service (RMSS) and as a result recognized it as compliant to the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000 International Certification network IQNet.
The main directions of inspection:

Policy and aims of quality system,

Satisfaction of customers,
-
Responsibility and authority,
-
Planning of development of quality management system (QMS),
-
Process monitoring and measurement,
-
Communication with customers.
 The RMSS staff step by step was approaching the development and implementation of quality management system, considering that the strategic goal of the company's policy is ensuring of sustainable work based on resolving the following important tasks:

Permanent aspiration to satisfying of customer's demands and expectations;

Realization of personal responsibility for the quality by each staff member;

Implementation of a principle of permanent improvement of the outcomes of the work by each staff member and division.
